The 44.54 acres being sold is part of a 51.56 acre parcel located at 227 Ash Swamp Road, and includes 21.07 acres of Open Space. The house at 227 Ash Swamp and in the current plan, 7.02 acres surrounding the house are excluded from this sale. However, exact dimensions of excluded acreage and amount of land purchased can vary based on agreement of buyer and seller. Boundaries in Feasibility Study can be adjusted. Approximate frontage on Ash Swamp is 1250 feet. All lots in Feasibility study have frontage on Ash Swamp, including those with conservation land as frontage. While 4 of the houses would be accessed by a shared driveway, they may not require a special permit, as they each have frontage on Ash Swamp.
